  • VRAY Material Optimizer script

My first tests of the new optimizer script worked "as advertised", both the Unwrap and Optimize functions. After running the script, however, all objects are now displayed with a shaded wireframe color. Is this supposed to happen? Having played with all the different viewport display settings, I have not been able to find a way to return to display of applied materials.

SOLVED. With a little more searching, I found what has happened. 20 years in MAX and I've never seen or used this command...
    Command Panel>Display Tab>Display Color>Shaded:Material Color

I was actually going to post that it looked like that. Sorry for not doing so. I assumed that was a often used setting for everyone. I guess not. It can be helpful when you need to make things stand out better for testing and such, as you can make things brightly colored that would be dull when textured.

      Glad you figured it out!
