  • Package Error: vcloud.json file cannot be found.

    Hello everyone.
I made a scene in 3dsmax and exported as .vrscene to the Unreal engine.
I set up the plans and blueprints and when i want to make the package, it asks for vcloud.json file which does not exist.

Actually there is no "Chaos Group" folder in the "Roaming"

Does anybody have the same problem?
    How do you solved it?

    Hi marco_rivoltaр

This is strange and the packaging process shouldn't require the Chaos cloud to be installed and will investigate the issue. When you installed the V-Ray for Unreal have you unchecked the " Install Chaos Cloud Client"? If yes, can you run a fresh install of V-Ray for Unreal with it enabled and try to package the project again?

    Best regards,
    Alexander
