Hello,
in a scene I have taken a chair that already had a material, then sent it to substance painter and back after texturing with a new named material.
(as UE PBR material for compatibility reasons, where AO roughness and metallic have together one map)
When I open the material, everything is right, when I render with UE it, everything is right.
But when I render this with Vray I get the old "chair" material.
Even when I assign this material to a completely new asset.
There is no relation to the old material, nothing to see, why Vray even can know that this once has been a chair.
Then I renamed it again, created an material instance, and it worked, this time also without material instance.
The behaviour is strange.
Maybe someone knows what could be the reason?
Thanks
UE 4.26 and Vray5
