Dongle License Option?

I use Unreal on multiple systems, but may only be able to afford an Annual Subscription and my network is not set up for a license server.

Would the company consider providing a Dongle option so I can transfer my software across systems, when necessary?

What do you mean by "my network is not set up for a license server." You don't have internet access in your network or?
