Raytace Message Window while rendering

Hello,

A Raytrace window pops up each time I render. I am using VRay GPU Next with 3DS MAx 2019. This also seems to prevent me from getting my renders done using Backburner giving an AutoDesk Error 21.0.

How do I get rid of it. Please help.
