Hi guys I have a 24gb Titan RTX running vray 5 for sketchup. Quite often it will render perfectly then gets to a stage where it won't render or finish the render, or do what it is doing now which is an instant bugsplat. All drivers are up to date and it's the latest version of Vray. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? Thanks in advance, Nick

Hi AMG445,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing such issues. Can we get a bit more information on the matter:- Are there any warnings or error messages printed in the V-Ray Progress Window - if yes, can you please share them?
- Can you please specify the exact versions of V-Ray/SketchUp used?
- Can you let us know when did this start happening, i.e. - was it working fine before the latest update, for example?
- Is this happening with specific projects or any?

Hi there, thanks for the response. I have attached a sample of the most common error message I get. It will also sat Exception in CORE: Internal Error Please save and restart as soon as possible. Sometimes I can restart sketchup and it may work but quite often - I will need to reboot. Due to workflow I can often just change from RTX to CPU and it will render fine, or just use the Cloud. Which is a bit frustrating. Vray version is 5.10.02 and sketchup is 2020. This has been happening since I started using vray (so around a year and a half). It just has started happening more frequently. The drivers for the card are also updated as soon as there is a new one available. Thanks in advance,

Hi AMG445
Thanks for the additional information provided. Would it be possible to forward a project file that exhibits those issues (make sure to use the Pack Project tool from Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project) for further investigation? You can send them through our contact form, just make sure to mention this thread in the email, thanks.Nikoleta Garkova | chaos.com
