  • NVray GPU render setting advice

Hello, I'm new to vray GPU as I always used the CPU.
I recently got a 3060Ti and I would like toi render interior scene with VrayGPU but I have no idea what will be the best seting to render a 8K still image (spherical camera , 360 fov).

Thanks to share your experience and advice about the fatest setting.

    Welcome fraggle

The default settings should work well for V-Ray GPU, including Progressive sampler type
All you need to do is use noise threshold to control Noise/Render Time

What I do usually is use Noise Threshold .01 or .005, and in some complex scene you can up the Samples Limit to 5000(only when you see noise on SSS or metals)
Some other general advice on using the GPU engine,
-Use the least amount of rendering elements
-Use RTX mode with your 3060 Ti, it could offer a nice speed up
-Use the recommended Studio driver 526.98

Let us know how this goes, or if you have questions/feedback

    Best,
    Muhammed
