Image resolution for a banner of 8m x 2m dimension

My client needs an image output for a banner of 8m x 2m. What do you think will be the ideal output resolution in this size?

For banner renderings I like to use an upscaler like Topaz AI. This way I can keep the render times within limits and the result still looks very good, all edges in the image look smooth.
