  • pause, how to?

Documentation seems that you can pause the rendering.
    How?

If I'm using only my own machine to do the rendering I may not want it to keep trying to calculate if Need to quick move a light over somewhere else. It's having a really rough time doing that right now, but since that's all I'm changing I just want it to pause a few seconds to give me time to move it.

Anyone know how to do that?

BTW, I'm talking SP1 here. I just downloaded it today. Was using a special prebuild (thanks vlado) to keep us

Right-click in the ActiveShade window; in the quad menu that opens, you should see a "Pause" option in the upper-right quad. The option will change to "Resume" after that so that you can continue the render after you have made the changes.

      Pause disappears

We have been using Vray RT 1.50 SP1 for a while and we have noticed sometimes the Pause options disappears from the right-click menu. This can happen at any time. Sometimes restarting 3dsmax solves the problem, sometimes it doesn't. I haven't been able to reproduce the problem...it just happens randomly. Similarly, when the pause option is missing, the "reinitialize" option dispappears as well.

Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.
