Anyway to have a separate VRay RT window?

I want to know if you can have the 4 views in 3Ds Max and open a 5th window dedicated to VRay RT?

Yep, just open the Render Setup, select the "ActiveShade" renderer and press the "Render" button (which now is renamed to "Active Shade").
