  • Vray RT Trial

Is it possible to obtain a full unlocked trail of Vray 2.0/RT for a timed period?

I am about to borrow a high end graphics card to demonstrate it to my employers and I would like to use Vray RT GPU and compare it to our current way of rendering (Dual Xeon)

If there is a significant difference between rendering times then my company will purchase Vray 2.0 and a new graphics card

Currently looking at borrowing the GTX 590, looking at the benchmark tests on another thread, the Quadro cards don't seem to be doing so well?

Has anyone tested the Quadro Fermi series?

It's right, quadro cards aren't the right choice for gpu computing. You can choose a gtx or tesla card, depending on budget and workflow.

Basically the more CUDA cores and the more power you got, so there is no need of other things strictly related to modelling and viewport (quadro card).

    Cheers,
    Thomas
