  • Different renderoutput using a Texture on VrayLight

    Hi!
I'd like to know if this is a common issue or if I'm making some mistake:

I find really useful to use the RT-CPU for Still Life rendering, 'cause there aren't few geometries and the feedback from RT is fast.

To make more realistic the final render I use a common technique: I create a planar VrayLight and I apply an hdr texture on it similar to these:
    http://www.ossosso.com/public/scambio/test01.jpg
    http://www.ossosso.com/public/scambio/test02.jpg

To be more precise the Texture is done in this way:
    -VrayCompTex
-SourceA : the .exr file (Bitmap Map)
-SourceB : VrayColor Map (to change light color)
    -Operator: Multiply A*B

...and I drag the VrayCompTex on the "Use Texture" of the planar VrayLight.
The Final Standard Vray render is good, no problem, but if I launch the RT-Cpu version, it is a lot darker then the Standard one.
I find out that it happens when I use the VrayCompTex on the planar VrayLight, because if I uncheck it both standard and rt-cpu are the same.

I don't want to renounce to the .exr texture 'cause it gives more realism, but also I don't wanto to renounce to the RT 'cause it speed up the workflow.

    How can I conciliate them?

    Thank you very much.
