Hi there, I've been testing Vray Rt for Maya Stereoscopic capabilities, and I'd like to know why is not possible to see directly the stereoscopic image, in non-anaglyph mode, but with shutter Nvidia 3d vison glasses, like do majority of games, or stereoscopic players like power dvd.
Appears Autodesk haves the few shame to restrict "Active" mode only for quadro users, when all of us know well a good gtx card is perfectly capable of do the work. In my case, gtx485m, 384 cuda cores, enough I think, so, Chaos:
Would be possible to override this stupid limitation in the VrayRt for Maya render engine, and check our render results are correct directly without acquiring a quadro?. The first time I executed Rt in stereo mode, appears a message telling that is not possible or something like that?. Really exist a real limitation for do this?.
Respect Autodesk.. I hope Nvidia keeps feeding them. Till this maintains as is, no suscription payment. I believe I has a good working machine, but now it not gonna be more than an expensive gaming machine...
Buff!, I have an monumental dudgeon right now... I'm gonna see if I find some solution... yehaa!
