how to close Activeshade via script ?

Hour spended to find a way to simply close the activeshade windows.... with no luck..

Someone knows the magic trick ??

i'lm ready to offer a SR licence for the answer

Yep, already tried.. but this script closes ALL windows opened... i've tried to isolate activeshade, with no luck..
