rt and bacground image

  • rt and bacground image

    when render with RT, the bacground image is almost black.
    raising up the RGB LEVEL in the bitmap out parameter doesnt Influence.

    The purpose is for camera match.
    any idea?

    What are your settings ?

    1. Do you have exposure control ?
    2. In Render Setup / V-Ray / Color mapping - is Affect background on or off ?
    If it was that easy, it would have already been done

      its happen just with gpu
      1. no exposure control(in enviroment and effects dialog box)
      2 it doesnt change nothing when affect bacground is on or off

      max 2014,vray 3,titan

            May you attach or send us a simplified version of your scene which still holds the issue for investigation?
            Let us also know the exact versions/service packs of V-Ray/3D Platform/OS.

              roysgi was trying to compensate the camera exposure by raising the RGB multiplier of the texture assigned to Background. RT GPU doesn't support "Output" settings yet, but I'm not sure if that is e3di's issue.
              If it was that easy, it would have already been done

                Hi, thanks for the replies. I was actually trying to as slizer said and up the RGB multiplier. Is there another of doing at the moment please?

                  Use VrayHDRI texture with Overall/Render multiplier instead.
