NV Link : Dream come true?

Would be awesome to use this with RT.
What could be the benefits? Higher speed, stackable ram, etc?
Are there any limitations that we might expect?

I of course am no expert but as far as I know, the upcoming "pixel streaming" a.k.a out-of-core tech will greatly benefit from the NVlink. Maybe some of the developers want to elaborate here

Don't get your hopes up; initially NVLink will not be available for x86 processors (only ARM and PowerPC/OpenPower).

Yes reading more about it, it seems that x86 has some limitations with NVLink but they are talking about creating x86 CPU that will address those issues and be NVLink compatible.
Let's hope it not too far away, if it done at all.

Pascal could mean stack-able ram (with NVLink) + 8 way SLI (who would help mainsteaming more than 4 gpu at once) + increase of speed.
