Standalone output on Windows and Linux

Hello,
I could not find any information about this so, my simple question is, should the output from a .vrscene file rendered with Vray Standalone for Windows and Linux match 100% ?

I've tested it with some simple scenes and it worked well. But should it work with all the supported features (at least in theory)? Anything I should be aware of?

Edit: If the scene is exported Via VrayRT for 3ds max I mean.
