hdri background image not rendering?

It's there on building light cache, but when the bucket is finally rendered, it's just blank. What could be happening here?

CPU render works just fine (but takes forever of course)

Hello! I Some additional information regarding your setup might be helpful: Are you using VRayHDRI or bitmap texture for the background image; do you have motion blur or velocity render channel? It would be best if you could share a simplified version of your scene. You can send it over to tanya.todorova@chaosgroup.com.
