GPU load with VRAY GPU

Hi, I have an AMD 6-core system and a RTX 2080.
The card is found in the renderlist in Vray, and has a star * in front of it.

When rendering with VRAY GPU, I see the load of the GPU not above 3-5%, while the processor is rendering at 100% load.
The CPU as well as the GPU are ticked in the list. It's set to CUDA.

I have the lastest version of VRAY, latest version of GPU driver and MAX 2020.

How can I solve this issue?

Seemed to be a buggy utility for monitoring the GPU load I used.

I have installed GPU-Z and it tells me the GPU load is 100% while rendering.

So problem solved!
