denoiser error 7001

Hi,

i´m running max 2020 with latest vray. i try to render via commandline but for some reason the denoiser is not working

i get this eror

[V-Ray] [VUtils::OptiXDenoiserData::init] Failed to setup OptiX denoiser. Error Code : 7001

rendering himeslf is working,

denoiser via open max session and render engine is set to "cuda" is not working and i get the same error in the vray log

if i set to renderengine "rtx" the denoiser is working flawless

gpu 2x 2080 Ti
Nvidia driver 442.19

any idea how to solve this ?

Does this happen in a particular scene or generally? Could you send it to support@chaosgroup.com so we can take a look?

This is very odd. Could you send a scene over so we can reproduce locally? Does it happen on any scene, or just a particular one? If the latter is your scene using GLSL or MDL by any chance?
