When I merge the rendering setting from one project to another, GPU fails 100% of the time. MAX 2021 and V-Ray 5 (however, the same happened in V-Ray 4)

Yes, still happening. This is a different project, but the same problem. I have to reboot max to even use GPU after I merge settings.

I have been ignoring that request. Can you request it one more time and I'll grant it?Bobby Parker

I managed to reproduce the issue. Not sure how I did not manage to do it earlier, it seems to happen with a fresh scene as well. Thanks for the report! I've logged it (internal bug-tracker id: VMAX-10204) for developer analysis. For now, as a workaround, use a preset to load the render settings and manually set the other settings.
