  • Problems with CUDA, V-Ray for revit

I have a problem when I render my 3D models when it comes to render engines...
My problem is that I get worse render results when I render with CUDA in comparison to the CPU itself. When I render with CUDA, the end result is always very noisy. But when I render with the CPU the pictures are nice and without noise.

It seems weird to me that the GPU render results are being worse than the CPU renderings. Do you have a solution to this problem?

    I have
GPU - PNY NVIDIA Quadro P4000
    CPU - Intel Xeon W-2123 3.6 GHz

    Hi mohamad_mansour

Can you upload some screenshots for comparison along with the render settings? What is the exact V-Ray version you are using? If it is possible to prepare a sample project that reproduces this, you can forward it to support@chaosgroup.com so we can investigate further. Thanks!

Here are some Close-ups also. the noisy result is with CUDA settings.

Would it be possible to forward the project to support@chaosgroup.com (make sure to mention this thread in the email) so we can investigate further? Thanks
