Since a long time I miss to render the material ID color through glass in GPU mode. It's a cumbersome workaround to render the mask per CPU mode - it strong slow down the workflow. I need to render a lot of wristwatches and my client want to get the masks of the complex dials through the front glass. V-Ray 5 is released for Rhino and it's still not fixed.
