  • GPU volumetric cloud render issue

    Hi folks, having an issue with a GPU volumetric render that was rendered over a farm. Theres a lot of flickering and im at a loss as to what to do at this point. Appreciate any help, thanks

      without seeing the scene Id say you need to turn off or put it at 01 for Volume Light Cache - it only works for stills

        The Volume light cache works for animation as well, though in some cases it causes flickering indeed.

        In this case looks like the issue is somewhere else since the Volume Light cache option is not supported for the GPU rendering.

          Hey,

          Thanks a lot for the scene. Looks like the flickering comes from the texture of the lights. It has animation for the angle of the Variance, but the animation is really fast.
          Can you try disabling the animation or adjusting it so that is a lot slower?
