Forest Pack Pro don't render in RTX or Cuda mode

Hi, i'm just installing my new WS and it's 2 rtx GC.
So i'll try to render a simple soccer playground with forest pack pro grass and some railclones objects.
Everything render fine but the grass...
And the 2 forest pack pro objects are ok, with good path root, textures, autorisations...
I place the item in mesh mode for rendering, extend the max number faces for render...

And it render without grass...
I've of course limited the grass in a small rectangle to test if it work... and nothing more...

Because i've installed everything from scratch, if you have some idea on what it could be ...

Oh, of course i've contact Itoo, and they send me HERE...

I just tried a little test and both work for me, using a 2080ti.
You can post your scene if you like...might be something simple to solve...
