CUDA crashing the machine

Hi there,

We recently bought some new machines at the office and while testing them we are facing crashes while rendering CUDA cpu+gpu.

Both of them work separately but machines crash as soon as we try to use them together.

System:

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X 3.8GHz Base, 4.5GHz Turbo, 128MB Cache, 280W TDP, 24 Cores/48Thread
128GB (8x 16GB) 3200MHz Quad Channel DDR4 Memory
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 - 24GB GDDR6X Graphics Card (10496x Cores Top-down)

Latest Max 2018
Latest Vray 5
Reccomended Nvidia driver

Hi it_dept,

Does it crash only on CUDA CPU+GPU (have you tried setting only CPU or GPU from the V-Ray GPU Devices Select menu)? Does it happen even with simple scenes, or is it only with a particular scene (if so, please share it via our contact form so we can have a look)? Do you see any errors printed in the logs?

Moreover, you can forward us the crash dump files so we can check them for any hints; Thanks!
