  • Missing VRayGPUViewportIPR VRay (for 3DS Max 2022)

It isn't missing for 3DS Max 2021, 2020, but it is missing for 2022.

    Please can you advise?

    Many thanks.

    Hey JezUK,

Silly question, but have you made sure your current renderer is set to V-Ray GPU? Have you tried hitting the 'V-Ray menu registration' button on the V-Ray toolbar?

You could also try a couple of other things - manually add the option from the Customize UI option > Menus - use the Action list on the left.
Or, delete/rename the ENU folder (this will restore 3ds max settings to their defaults) to see if that changes anything - C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2022 - 64bit\ENU

I don't see it either in the Active Shade menu, but I can enable it by clicking on this option

This is how I have been using the Viewport IPR with Vray GPU

Okay, it's working as expected. I also deleted that missing option entry in the menu pulldown.

            Thanks guys.
