    Hello Gabbe81

Your driver is very old, update to the recommended studio driver 471.68 then test again
You can always check the latest recommended driver in the GPU page
Which version of Vray are you using ?

    Best,

Thanks for the quick reply. I did so, but still the issue remains unforunately. Vray version 1.3 (3ds max) All render settings are default

Does this happen with all scenes?
Does this happen with both Cuda and Optix modes?
Can you try with my scene here

If it fails, you can try the Benchmark tool here

If it fails one my scene and/or the benchmark scene it should be a hardware issue

This does not happen with all scenes, just this one really. Save-selecting all visible items in viewport, bringing them into a new scene also does not help. Forensic also shows issues with the scene. I tried your scene, that also worked fine. RTX mode also seem to work fine (on the trouble scene), however RTX mode got some other buggy results, where it lookes like the mesh is duplicated and intercecting with itself in a darker shade when production rendering. I also tried to render the scene in fstorm, which is the renderer we use at the studio i work at, and it had no issue rendering the scene, even when vray got the error. I also tried sending the scene to deadline, using CPU and it also failed

Thank you for testing that Gabbe81
Best is to upload the scene or simplified version of it for our developers investigation.
