Vray GPU not rendering imported images on polygons

Does anyone know how to fix this? When I try and render on Vray 6 Hotfix 3 in 3dsMax it's really blurry and nothing is wokring when I change settings I kep getting the same blurry result. When i switch over to Vray GPU 6 Hotfix 3 my render quality is drastically improved but its not rendering 2 images I imported onto polygons in my scene. Please help!

Hi, thanks for posting. Please let's investigate your issues one by one.

The first issue is you are getting poor quality with CPU rendering, please open a thread about that here - https://forums.chaos.com/forum/v-ray...ds-max-general

Your second issue is about textures not showing with V-Ray GPU, am I correct? We might need your scene in order to troubleshoot this one. If you'd like send it over here or using our support contact form.
Keep in mind not everything that is supported in V-Ray CPU is supported in V-Ray GPU. Please check the GPU Supported Features here.
