What do I need to know about rendering Railclone things with V-Ray GPU? It is a crap shoot; sometimes things render and other times they don't. Right now, sometimes my Railclone siding renders, and other times it will not. When I try to cancel the render, MAX freezes, which means I have to kill MAX. Do I need to collapse my Railclone items?

I now checked our active issues with V-Ray GPU and Railclone but couldn't find one that fits your explanation. Could you give us a bit more details? It this issue happening in every scene even a new simple scene? Make sure you are not running out of memory on the GPU.

Crap shoot = uncertain matte - I am not sure how that is rude language!

Now and then I try GPU renderings, so the issues I am having with Railclone are on one scene.

Absolutely, there is nothing incorrect or rude. This is an easily researched term if there any misconception.

The Itoo folks say it is a V-Ray issue.
