IPR screen blinking

Hi Everyone

I am struggling with this issue for a few days.. for some reason my IPR screen keeps blinking and I just cant preview anything. If I turn the viewport IPR, it doesnt happen.
Anyone has ever seen it before?

Does it happen in a particular scene? Does it happen in V-Ray CPU? Are you using a single GPU for both your monitor and rendering?

Yes, it happens also with the CPU mode. As soon as I rescale the window or move it somewhere else it starts.
I tried to switch on and of some of the GPUs but still happens.
I have a rtx 4090 and a 3090 ...

Do you have a custom scaling set in Windows (Settings>System>Display>Scale and Layout)?

No, everythign is 100%... windows 11.
I also deactivate all the animation effects and so on from windows..

update

The problem is gone! Was a Hardware issue. I just change the monitor input from my rtx 3090 to the rtx4090 and the problem is gone!
Probably something to do with my graphics cards.
