When I pick DR when using GPU, nothing happens. If I uncheck DR, it renders fine. Is there something I have to do? I have one render node and I ran the setup on that machine.

Hi, thanks for posting. Please read this docs page and complete the steps there - https://docs.chaos.com/display/VMAX/...uted+Rendering

Does it have to be CUDA? CUDA has always run slower for me. I use RTX, which is faster by far.Bobby Parker

Have you completed the steps in the articles from my previous post? Try a new simple scene. For instance create a few default objects like boxes or teapots and a simple dome light with no texture. Raise the resolution and the sampler settings a lot in order to give a bit of time for the slave computer to join rendering before the frame is rendered. If this does not work, please contact the technical support for a team viewer session - https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
In case a scene like the simple one described above renders successfully with distributed rendering, please send us your production scene that does not render for a test over the support contact form (linked above).
