BUG: Vray Raw Image File output saves file even in Iterative rendering mode

When in iterative mode, we should not save or output files, yet Vray still saves the EXR file.

Please change this behaviour.

This is still happening! even after the latest update.

Please fix it, it must be the easiest bug to fix.

Would you please get this into the next version of Vray ASAP... I just lost (again) a whole day's rendering because I was forced to turn off file saving and I forgot to turn it back on.

This is bug causing damage, and creating points of failure.

It should be a ten minute fix for your developers.
