Strange Banding

I modeled the ceiling over, but the banding remains. Simple Choas white matte paint, but I used a simple white, and the issue is the same. What gives? The part to the left is the worst, and there seems to be no reason for it. There isn't any change in the plane there, but it looks like there is. Material override with a gray looks fine.
