Windows Update installing " NVIDIA - Display - 32.0.15.6094"

I recently noted that Windows Update tried to install something called "NVIDIA - Display - 32.0.15.6094" even when my Nvidia driver for my GTX 4090 was already installed.
Does anyone know what this "NVIDIA - Display - 32.0.15.6094" is?

It's a graphics driver. I'm not sure what version this one is, but it seems to be older than 561.09. It seems Windows installs it without bothering to ask if you want it or not. There's a thread on Reddit about it.
