  • Vray 7 autoback restarts render using progressive IPR

As the title. I was under the impression it had been fixed to not do so.

It doesn't seem to happen on my end. I was under the impression that Autoback is disabled when rendering interactively. I need to ask the devs if something changed.

That's odd. I maybe should have added that it was a gpu render, so maybe that is the issue.
I'm afraid that I can't test it again, as using gpu was just a test, but it is so cripplingly slow to render that I had to give up
      trying.

Tested on GPU. It does save a backup file, however IPR does not restart. Regarding my previous post - it seems the Autoback is disabled when CPU IPR is active.
Otherwise, do write again if it happens again.

Yes I thought it was a thing once but was solved. Anyway, as I say, I'd love to use gpu for this scene but it takes over a half hour (my autoback interval) just to do pass 0, when cpu is done with the render in 12 minutes, so it's not something I can
go back to test I'm afraid
