rendering is black and material editor

My material editor is black in vray 7, my renders are also black. I have rtx 4090 . please help me

I tried all the options mentioned and nothing works, uninstall 3dsmax and install version 2025 with vray 7 and they are still black, the strange thing is that with vray 6 everything works fine...

I noticed an error in the log; what does it say? Also, since you are using V-Ray GPU, make sure you render at least once so that the GPU kernels are compiled. Does it happen on V-Ray CPU?

That error is usually related to excessive VRAM usage. Does it appear in a simple scene? Make sure you have the latest recommended GPU driver installed.
