Not recognized in Max

We're running 3ds Max 2009 64-bit and Vray SP3. After installing Vray RT, the plugin does not show in the Active Shade options. The plugin exists in the correct folder. We have already upgraded our license server. I do not receive errors at any point in the installation or in Max startup.

Is there something I'm missing? We tried the installation several times.

Do you see a file called "vray_rtmax2009.dlr" in the "c:\program files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2009\plugins\vrayplugins" folder? Do you see this file listed in the 3ds Max plugin manager?

Seems to have self resolved. . .no idea how. Plug-in path was always there. I'll take what I can get though.
