License Server Problem...need help

I have installed RT. I am trying to get the dongle updated. When I get to the screen where I can click on "To upgrade your licenses, click here", I click there and I do NOT get the web based wizard "License upgrade steps". It simply goes to the "Get status of the server" screen. I cannot generate the .wbc file.

Because of this, I cannot upgrade my dongle and get RT licensed.

Could anyone help me out with this problem?

You are probably still starting an older version of the license server (f.e. you installed RT for 3ds Max 2010, but you are starting the license server from V-Ray for 3ds Max 2009).

Thanks, I received and email response and was told to stop the old license server, which starts automatically on computer startup. Once I did that, it worked fine.
