Bitmap Reloading Scene when up Parent Level

I have a vraylightmtl with a texture in it. When I'm at the bitmap level, and simply go to the parent - I'm noticing that the bitmap is getting reloaded over the network and the RT always makes an update.

I'm not sure if this also applies to regular vraymaterials as well - I was too tired to think and check it.
