vray.exe task has to be killed before it works

hii vlado!
hmm i got a question, if i wanna use vrayrt on my machine for the first time i allways have to go to the taskmanager and kill the vray.exe task wich is allready up after windows start.. if i dondt vray starts but wont show anything..our other rt on another machine allways works on the first time.. hmm strange..
