very slow servers

starting the slave server (vray.exe in server mode) needs 65 seconds to be ready,
and this amount of time is also needed when i start the RT engine bevor i receive the first image data when i render only with the slave.

and also 65 seconds is needed when i stop the rendering process until the slave is ready again for the next job....

is this normal ?

What is the last message displayed in the command line window for the rt render server when you get this delay?

Sometimes, it say smth similar to "vray rt crashed... restart max".

vlado.... the server don't crash....
and after i have restartet all machines... not the servers are in 2-3 seconds up....

This would be on the main machine, not on the render servers though.
