Dongle Update Trouble

Hi all,

I'm trying to update my dongle for RT. I have the .rtu file. Double-clicking it causes the following pop-up: Error loading C:\Program Files\WIBU-SYSTEMS\System\WibuShellExt64.dll

The .dll file appears as expected System folder. The VRLService is NOT running.

Any suggestions?

You might try the manual update instructions (from the WIBU applet in the control panel), as described here (at the end of the file there is a section called ".rtu files are not associated with any program"):
