  • vrayRT & Dual screen monitors bug

hi, when i have the active shade window open on the main monitor ( samsung syncMaster T220 22") and right click the quad menu appears , that's good, but....... when i drag the active shade window on to my second monitor ( viewsonic VA903b 17" ) the quad menu doesn't show.

You know, max have a lot of windows and when having a big monitor isnt enough, you've to to get a second one .

Another thing is that when a leave or use for a long time (setting the mood or tweeking materials) , i got the blue screen and my pc shuts down, on windows visual event shows a kernel-power id event 41 (63), i google it and adresses me to a hibern mode wich i haven't. This only happens when i work with RT.

The ActiveShade window and its menu are both controlled entirely by 3ds Max, so there is nothing we can about this, unfortunately.

About the blue screen, it looks like some hardware issue (drivers or BIOS or something else); V-Ray RT by itself cannot cause a blue screen - the most it can do is crash the program.
