Sorry if this had been asked in the past,
but I just received the update.rtu I'm instructed to double click on the file toupdate my license server , however
the file fails to launch as window pops up asking me as what application I wanna use to open the file...,
double clicking the file is supposed to update my dongle license.....

can anyone help..., using windows 7 x 64
