2.30.02 Unhandled exception with CPU

Just installed the newest vray for 2012 2.30.02. Works great in CUDA , but it's not working at all when I switch it to CPU. Any suggestions.

Is this on any scene, or just a particular one?

Any scene where I imported Geometry. If I create a new scene and use max to model it's fine. I model mostly in sketchup.

This model was imported from revit not sketchup. Sorry about that.
