I didn't see this listed in the "Unsupported features" documentation for r/t. But, in GPU mode (CUDA and/or OpenCL) the horizontal offset parameter of the VRayPhysicalCamera are ignored during the render (seen in viewport, but not render). In CPU mode, it works as expected.
I'm assuming this also holds true for the vertical offset.
