Vray RT error message ""NotifyRefChanged"

I am getting an error I have never seen before in the RT window. When I rotate my environment HDR, I am getting an error message in the RT window that says "Error during V-Ray RT "NotifyRefChanged". The RT window is useless after that and I have to restart Max. I also have to force quit Max as well since it's crashed. I am using an HDR in the environment and Reflections slots, (not an actual dome). Every time I change the rotation within the Max material menu, I get this crash/error. Never seen this before.

Using 3DS Max Design 2012, and Vray v2.30.01

We can't reproduce this issue in our environment.
Do you get this error with specific HDR file only?
Also will be helpful if you send your scene with texture at: support@chaosgroup.com to test with it.
