small black squares in image

I can't seem to ever get a completly clean image in cuda mode on this scene. If i have clamping on I get tons of white spots . if I turn clamping off I get all these black squares. how do I get a clean image using cuda?

Hm, it seems to be a bug (a division by zero or something). It will not clean up until we fix the bug. Can you get me the scene to vlado@chaosgroup.com ?
