Bitmap Load with Overide on

Hello,
All bitmap are loaded into RT when the Override material is on.
Is it normal? From a user point of view it doesn't make sense.

Which V-Ray version is this?
Is there any specific setup in the scene, because it works fine here. No textures are loaded (RT console window) when Override Mtl is used.
CPU or GPU engine?

3.x, RT, Cuda mode.
I load the full scene to a new one, same happens.
Nothing particular on this scene...

Thank you. Then a scene file will be very helpful to investigate further. Maybe there is a case where it doesn't work.
